Saturday evening  Barking Beast attended  Rancho Coastal Humane Society’s ‘Celebration of Second Chances gala to benefit the Encinitas Rancho Coastal Humane Society. Like all charitable events thrown by RCH, Saturday’s was a huge success. From the guests, auction items, food, entertainment to the venue itself, the Del Mar Country Club: Private Country Club in San Diego it made for an exiting event in a prestigious enviroment.  The Gala honored Animal Activist Christine Penrod – Mabee. Fox 5’s Chrissy Russo and other San Diego News and Media personalities attended the event. San Diego CBS’ news anchor Jeff Zevely a San Diego native and graduate of Encinitas San Dieguito High School was host for the night, while John Van Zante of San Diego Pets, the PR and San Diego News Media Marketing Guru for the Rancho Coastal Humane Society  was the special guest speaker of the night. 

The event was a huge success raising over $60,000 with amazing auction items to benefit the Rancho Coastal Humane Society of Encinitas. The most special auction item of the night was lunch and a paddle board session with CEO and President of the Encinitas Rancho Coastal Humane Society, Jim Silveira.
