Pawesome projects to come!

I wanted to pop in today and thank you all so much for the sweet comments and e-mails sent around the Barking Beast Runway Show! We have raised nearly $7,000 for the local shelters and dogs got adopted! My heart was overwhelmed by the love I received and was so blessed by each of you who took the time to donate and attend the event. So, from the bottom of my heart…. thank YOU! In case you missed the show click here to check out the excitement, compliments of FOX Sports San Diego’s show #SDLive.

A few people asked what’s the next pet projects coming up, so I figured now would be the perfect time to post about a Barking Beast project in the works… I recently partnered up with San Diego’s hottest new late night comedy show Tonight in San Diego–  a show I originally was featured on as a guest, and since then have been working closely on a sponsorship collaboration for plans to host my next Barking Beast production. The showcase will featuring San Diego’s greatest comedians doing what I am calling “Comedy for a Cause for Paw” ( or something like that– still working on that title ) … OBViiiii the best part of course- fundraising will go to benefit homeless dogs in San Diego! Hey — if a live in theatre comedy show featuring majority of the content relatable to crazy dog people with a purpose to benefit pets in need doesn’t sounds like a good time to you- you must be as boring as your dog! LOL. . .That said, I am super thankful to Tonight in San Diego, and the sponsors who are as excited about this idea– so thank you thank YOU for the support as we start putting it together  . . .

In the meantime, check out their fundraiser event in La Jolla at They partnered up with Rancho Coastal Humane Society and this is their annual gift and way of facilitating animal philanthropy in the beautiful San Diego. Be sure to follow them on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook because they do amazing things for San Diego pets in need.  A huge thanks to Stephanie Coolidge, LJV’s Hospital Manager and the LJV team for their immense support of Barking Beast! I’m truly honored to partner with such a awesome company who’s all about promoting pet health, wellness and exercise for Fido.
